By rail it is the Victoria line from Highbury & Islington to King's Cross and then the Piccadilly line direct to Heathrow, or on to the Elizabeth line.

By public transport: Victoria line to King's Cross, then the Piccadilly line to Heathrow, about 65–80 min. The catch is a change at King's Cross and a long ride with luggage. A car does the whole trip door to door in about 55 min, or 85 min when the roads are full, with your bags in the boot.
Out of Highbury (N5) the route runs along the Holloway Road and Camden Road to the Marylebone Road and out on the Westway. Coming back from Heathrow the driver follows the Westway, the Marylebone Road and Camden Road back to Highbury. That is about 20 miles: reckon 55 min off-peak and 85 min when Camden and the Marylebone Road is busy.
