Mayfair is well served by rail: the Elizabeth line runs direct from Bond Street to Heathrow, and the Piccadilly line runs from Green Park. Both work for one traveller with light bags, though the Elizabeth line is busy at rush hour and the Piccadilly line is slow.
By car the driver goes round Hyde Park Corner, along Knightsbridge and the Cromwell Road, and out on the A4 and M4 to your terminal's departures door.
