Coming back from Stansted the driver follows the M11, the Dartford Crossing and the A21 back to Tonbridge. That is about 55 miles: reckon 60 min off-peak and 95 min when the Dartford Crossing is busy.
Stansted has one terminal. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board once you have cleared baggage reclaim.
Landing late or early makes no difference: the driver follows the real landing time at Stansted and takes you straight home to Tonbridge.
