Stansted has one terminal. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board once you have cleared baggage reclaim.
Landing late or early makes no difference: the driver follows the real landing time at Stansted and takes you straight home to Egham.
The M25 north of London is where delays usually happen. Early-morning runs are quicker; in rush hour allow the full 100 minutes.
