Out of Bow (E3) the route runs up the A12 to the M11 and north to junction 8. Coming back from Stansted the driver follows the M11 and A12 back to the Bow Interchange. That is about 30 miles: reckon 40 min off-peak and 60 min when the A12 around the Bow Interchange is busy.
