By public transport: Train to Paddington, then the Elizabeth line to Liverpool Street and the Stansted Express, about 105–125 min. The catch is the change in London and the walk with luggage. A car does the whole trip door to door in about 70 min, or 105 min when the roads are full, with your bags in the boot.
Out of Windsor (SL4) the route runs onto the M4 and the M25, then north round London to the M11. Coming back from Stansted the driver follows the M11, the M25 and the M4 back to Windsor. That is about 65 miles: reckon 70 min off-peak and 105 min when the M25 north of London is busy.
