By public transport it is about 35 minutes from Windsor & Eton Central to London Paddington, then the Elizabeth line to Farringdon, Thameslink and the DART.

A car does the whole trip door to door in about 40 min, or 65 min when the roads are full, with your bags in the boot.
Out of Windsor (SL4) the route runs onto the M4, north on the M25 to junction 21 and up the M1. Coming back from Luton the driver follows the M1, the M25 and the M4 back to Windsor. That is about 35 miles: reckon 40 min off-peak and 65 min when the M25 between the M4 and the M1 is busy.
Luton has one terminal. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board, so there is no DART shuttle or bus to work out.
Landing late or early makes no difference: the driver follows the real landing time at Luton and takes you straight home to Windsor.
The M25 between the M4 and the M1 is where delays usually happen. Early-morning runs are quicker; in rush hour allow the full 65 minutes.
