Out of Leatherhead (KT22 / KT23) the route runs onto the M25 at junction 9 and anticlockwise past Heathrow to the M1. Coming back from Luton the driver follows the M1 and the M25 back to Leatherhead. That is about 45 miles: reckon 50 min off-peak and 80 min when the M25 past Heathrow is busy.
Luton has one terminal. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board, so there is no DART shuttle or bus to work out.
Landing late or early makes no difference: the driver follows the real landing time at Luton and takes you straight home to Leatherhead.
