Out of Hayes (UB3 / UB4) the route runs onto the M4 and the M25, then south to the M23. Coming back from Gatwick the driver follows the M23, the M25 and the M4 back to Hayes. That is about 33 miles: reckon 40 min off-peak and 60 min when the M25 around Heathrow is busy.
