Out of Hayes (UB3 / UB4) the route runs onto the M25 and round to the M1 at junction 21, then north. Coming back from Luton the driver follows the M1 and the M25 back to Hayes. That is about 32 miles: reckon 40 min off-peak and 60 min when the M25 between the M4 and the M1 is busy.
