Out of Hertford (SG13 / SG14) the route runs east along the A414 to Harlow, then up the M11 to the airport. Coming back from Stansted the driver follows the M11 and the A414 back to Hertford. That is about 22 miles: reckon 30 min off-peak and 45 min when the A414 through Harlow is busy.
Stansted has one terminal. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board once you have cleared baggage reclaim.
Landing late or early makes no difference: the driver follows the real landing time at Stansted and takes you straight home to Hertford.
The A414 through Harlow is where delays usually happen. Early-morning runs are quicker; in rush hour allow the full 45 minutes.
