Crouch End is a village-like neighbourhood at the foot of the hills below Highgate and Muswell Hill, centred on the Clock Tower and the Broadway, with Edwardian family houses, the art deco Hornsey Town Hall and the Parkland Walk running along an old railway line.
Crouch End has no Tube station, so many residents rely on buses to Finsbury Park or Highgate. A car from the door avoids that first leg with luggage.
