Out of Uxbridge (UB8 / UB10) the route runs onto the M25 and clockwise round to the M11. Coming back from Stansted the driver follows the M11 and the M25 back to Uxbridge. That is about 58 miles: reckon 60 min off-peak and 95 min when the M25 north of London is busy.
