Out of High Barnet (EN5) the route runs north to the M25 and round the western M25 to the M23. Coming back from Gatwick the driver follows the M23 and the western M25 back to South Mimms and Barnet. That is about 58 miles: reckon 65 min off-peak and 95 min when the M25 between the M40 and M23 is busy.
