Per vehicle, not per person. Tolls, congestion and crossing charges are already inside the price, and it does not change on the day.
On the network it is London Bridge (Northern, Jubilee and National Rail) to Watford Junction (London Overground and National Rail), plus a connecting bus at the far end. The catch is that the shuttle bus from the station only runs to tour times, so one missed connection is a missed slot. The taxi is about 50 min, or 1h 15m when the roads are full, but it is one journey rather than three, and nobody stands up for any of it. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.
The usual line from Southwark is the A2 then the A201, then M1 J6 or M25 J21a, then A4008 and Studio Tour Drive at the end. That is about 25.1 miles. Reckon 50 min off-peak and 1h 15m if you are crossing town at the wrong moment.
In Southwark the pavement outside your door is often the one place a car cannot stop. We agree the point in SE1, SE15, SE16 up front and the driver is on it, not circling.
The Studio Tour Drive coach and taxi drop-off, right at the entrance. Tour entry is by timed ticket and late arrivals are not admitted, so we build in a buffer and aim to land 20 minutes before your slot. Your driver sends the exact standing point and the registration before they set off, so you are not circling a car park looking for a number plate.
Address: Studio Tour Drive, Leavesden, WD25 7LR.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour London has its own car park, but it fills from mid-morning in school holidays and at weekends, and the approach road backs up before the barrier does. Pre-booked both ways, none of that is your problem.
Entry is timed, so we work backwards from your slot: 1h 15m for the drive from Southwark plus a margin for the approach road, which is the part that actually runs late.
£120 in a saloon, £150 in a 6-seat MPV and £165 in an 8-seater. That is the fixed price, agreed at booking.
Door to door the car is about 50 min off-peak. The rail alternative is London Bridge to Watford Junction plus the walk, which is competitive going out and considerably slower coming back.
The Studio Tour Drive coach and taxi drop-off, right at the entrance. You get the exact point and the registration by text beforehand.
Card, bank transfer or a business account, before or after the journey. A VAT receipt is issued either way.
No. The fare is fixed when you book. Traffic, tolls and the hour are our problem, not a line on your bill.
The driver waits. We watch venue finish times rather than working to a fixed clock, so a late curtain does not leave you stranded or cost you extra.
A 6-seat MPV is £150 and an 8-seater £165. Bigger parties travel in several vehicles routed together.
Fares are fixed at booking and shown per vehicle. Distances and journey times are approximate and vary with traffic and the exact pickup address. Page reviewed 7 September 2026.
