Why fans and organisers book us for events
Getting to a London stadium on a busy fixture or concert night is not like an ordinary journey. Roads close, controlled parking zones spring up for half a mile around the ground, rideshare surges when 60,000 people leave at once, and the last train rarely lines up with the final whistle or the encore. A pre-booked private transfer removes every one of those problems.
- One fixed price, agreed up front. Your quote is locked in when you book. It does not move because it is a derby, a Beyoncé night or New Year's Eve at The O2.
- Drivers who know the event-day approach. We plan the drop-off around the live road closures for that specific fixture, not a generic sat-nav route, so you are set down as close to your turnstile as the marshals allow.
- Group-friendly vehicles. Keep a stag party, a corporate box, a supporters' branch or a family together in one MPV or minibus, with room for flags, instruments and luggage.
- Guaranteed ride home. No standing in a rideshare surge queue in the cold. Your driver is waiting at an agreed point once the crowds thin, at the price you were quoted.
- Airport and cruise connections. Flying in for the game or pairing it with a Southampton cruise? We link the airport, your hotel and the stadium in one licensed chain.
How event-day transfers work
When you book, you tell us the event, the number travelling and your pick-up point. We confirm a fixed fare and, by WhatsApp, a precise drop-off and a return meeting point chosen to sit just outside the event cordon so your driver can wait legally once the crowds move. On the day, the driver tracks the approach roads live – internationals at Wembley and Twickenham, NFL games at Tottenham, and arena concerts all trigger phased closures that a local driver anticipates rather than discovers. For arrivals, we build in a buffer so you clear security and reach your seat before kick-off or doors; for the return, the fixed price means a long wait while a full house empties never costs you extra.
Because we also run the airport side of the business, visiting supporters and touring performers can hand us the whole itinerary – Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton or London City on arrival, the hotel, the stadium, and back to the terminal – and travel with a single, insured, licensed operator throughout.
Fleet & pricing at a glance
Choose the vehicle that fits your group. All fares are fixed and include the driver meeting you; there is no charge for reasonable waiting on the return leg.
Guide fares from Heathrow run from roughly £45–£55 for the nearest west-London grounds up to £89 for the largest north and east London venues; each venue page shows its own price board for every airport and vehicle size.
Frequently asked questions
How much is a taxi to a London stadium from Heathrow?
Fares are fixed and quoted up front. As a guide, Heathrow to west-London grounds such as Stamford Bridge, Craven Cottage or the Gtech starts from around £45–£55 in an MPV, while north and east London venues like the Emirates, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium or the London Stadium are typically £65–£89. You are told the exact price before you book, with no surge pricing on match days.
Can you carry a group to the match in one vehicle?
Yes. Alongside saloons and estates we run 6–V Class MPVs and minivans and 12–16 seat minibuses, so a whole group of supporters, a corporate box party or a touring choir can travel together with luggage and matchday bags.
Do you monitor traffic and road closures on event days?
We do. Major fixtures, concerts and internationals bring rolling road closures and controlled parking zones around every London stadium. Your driver plans the approach and drop-off point in advance and adjusts live on the day so you arrive with time to spare before kick-off or doors.
Where will the driver drop us off and pick us up?
We agree a clear, legal drop-off close to your turnstile or entrance, and a specific meeting point for the return – usually a quieter street just outside the event cordon where the driver can wait safely once the crowds clear. Details are confirmed by WhatsApp before travel.
Can I book a return trip and late pick-up after a concert?
Yes. Return journeys and late-night pick-ups after concerts and evening kick-offs are our speciality. Because the fare is fixed, a long wait while the arena empties does not change the price you were quoted.
Do you cover away airports and cruise ports too?
We transfer to and from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City, plus Southampton and Dover cruise terminals, so visiting fans flying in for a fixture or combining a game with a cruise can travel door to door with one licensed operator.
Ready for the big day?
Send your event and pick-up details for a fixed quote in minutes. Our WhatsApp lines stay busy on match days – if one does not reply straight away, message another and we will get you sorted.
