Corporate packages: multi-vehicle or multi-day bookings are quoted as one package — email or WhatsApp the event dates, head count and hotels, and we price the whole week in a single figure.
Most ExCeL events run Wednesday to Friday (or 3+ consecutive days). A typical corporate package covers: Heathrow arrival, hotel transfer, daily ExCeL commute, evening social/dinner run, and return to Heathrow. Quote the whole week at once and the daily rate is locked in across all legs.
Monday arrival: Heathrow → hotel. Tue–Fri daily: hotel → ExCeL → hotel. Saturday return: hotel → Heathrow. One vehicle, the whole run quoted up front as a single package — with the same driver where possible, so nobody re-books anything mid-show. City legs (dinners, socials) get added to the same quote on request.
5 people → 2 saloons or 1 MPV. One MPV a day moves the same five people as two saloons — same capacity, one invoice, one pickup time, lower total. Ask for the week as a single package quote.
If your company is local and only needs Heathrow → hotel Tuesday plus hotel → Heathrow Saturday, book just those two legs instead of the full week. Or if your staff only need ExCeL commutes Wed–Fri, that's a three-leg package — the quote covers exactly the legs you name.

Your company is exhibiting at ExCeL. Your booth staff are in hotels across London (or arriving at Heathrow). You need them at the booth by 08:00 Wed, back at the hotel by 18:00 all three days, and returned to Heathrow Saturday morning. We handle the daily logistics: pickups, drops, staff briefing, and returns.
Week before the show: send the staff list, hotel addresses, and who's arriving via Heathrow versus already in town; we build the pickup schedule. Day before: drivers get the final list and the right hall entrances. Day 1: cars arrive at the hotels early, wait for each person, and deliver to the correct entrance for your hall.
Morning: staggered hotel pickups timed to your booth-open deadline. Evening: collection from an agreed meeting point when you text the desk. Multiple halls in one day: tell us the shape of the day and we plan the waits and moves around it.

ExCeL has roughly 3,700 on-site spaces, charged per day and priced per event — the big shows fill them early. If you're using our cars all week you can skip parking entirely; the train is the other option.

ExCeL has its own stations: Custom House (Elizabeth line) at the west entrance and Prince Regent (DLR) at the east. Fine for a solo visit with a laptop bag; harder with exhibition kit, sample cases or a team on a fixed booth schedule — which is where the fixed-fare car earns its keep.
