London City Airport is ExCeL's neighbour - the drive is along Hartmann Road and the A1020 to Western Gateway, usually under 15 minutes. It is the obvious airport for European and domestic delegates.
ExCeL's address for drop-off is One Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock, London E16 1XL. Drivers do not need the car park (E16 1FR) - you are dropped at the doors.
The DLR from London City Airport with a change at Canning Town reaches Prince Regent or Custom House in about 15-20 minutes. With light luggage the DLR is fine; the car is for groups, heavy cases, exhibition kit and anyone heading on to a hotel before the show.
