Per vehicle, not per person. Tolls, congestion and crossing charges are already inside the price, and it does not change on the day.
By rail you would go Green Park (Jubilee, Piccadilly and Victoria) across to Custom House (Elizabeth line and the DLR), then a 5-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that it is fine with one bag and awkward if you are carrying exhibition kit. The taxi is about 30 min, or 50 min when the roads are full, but it is one journey rather than three, and nobody stands up for any of it. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.
From the W1J, SW1A streets the route runs via the A4 then the A302, finishing on A13 then Connaught Bridge and Western Gateway. Roughly 11.0 miles, and the timing swings with the hour rather than the route: 30 min clear, 50 min loaded.
Pickups in Green Park land inside the Congestion Charge zone, which is already in the price - and on W1J, SW1A the driver will name a legal stopping point rather than idle on a red route.
The Western or Eastern entrance taxi ranks on Western Gateway. ExCeL is over a kilometre end to end, so it matters whether your hall is at the West or East entrance - tell us the hall number when booking. Your driver sends the exact standing point and the registration before they set off, so you are not circling a car park looking for a number plate.
Address: One Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock, E16 1XL.
Parking at ExCeL London is limited and the surrounding streets are metered or permit-only, so self-driving usually costs more in time than the fare saves. Being dropped at the door and collected at an agreed point removes the whole problem.
Doors are usually an hour before the event. Working back, that means leaving Green Park around 50 min plus that hour on a busy night - and booking the return at the same time, because the road out is slower than the road in.
£65 in a saloon, £85 in a 6-seat MPV and £90 in an 8-seater. That is the fixed price, agreed at booking.
Door to door the car is about 30 min off-peak. The rail alternative is Green Park to Custom House plus the walk, which is competitive going out and considerably slower coming back.

No. The fare is fixed when you book. Traffic, tolls and the hour are our problem, not a line on your bill.
Card, bank transfer or a business account, before or after the journey. A VAT receipt is issued either way.
A 6-seat MPV is £85 and an 8-seater £90. Bigger parties travel in several vehicles routed together.
The driver waits. We watch venue finish times rather than working to a fixed clock, so a late curtain does not leave you stranded or cost you extra.
Fares are fixed at booking and shown per vehicle. Distances and journey times are approximate and vary with traffic and the exact pickup address. Page reviewed 7 September 2026.
