On the network it is Green Park (Jubilee, Piccadilly and Victoria) to Hammersmith (District, Piccadilly and Circle), plus a 3-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that it is genuinely close, so rail is a fair option on this one. A car does the whole thing door to door in about 20 min, or 35 min when the roads are full - and it does it with your bags in the boot. If you are travelling light and early, the train usually wins on price. If you are in a group, carrying anything, or leaving after an event, the car wins on everything else.
The usual line from Green Park is the A4 then the A302, then A4 Hammersmith flyover, then Queen Caroline Street at the end. That is about 6.2 miles. Reckon 20 min off-peak and 35 min if you are crossing town at the wrong moment.
Pickups in Green Park land inside the Congestion Charge zone, which is already in the price - and on W1J, SW1A the driver will name a legal stopping point rather than idle on a red route.

Parking at Eventim Apollo is limited and the surrounding streets are metered or permit-only, so self-driving usually costs more in time than the fare saves. Being dropped at the door and collected at an agreed point removes the whole problem.
Doors are usually an hour before the show. Working back, that means leaving Green Park around 35 min plus that hour on a busy night - and booking the return at the same time, because the road out is slower than the road in.
