Per vehicle, not per person. Tolls, congestion and crossing charges are already inside the price, and it does not change on the day.
On the network it is London Bridge (Northern, Jubilee and National Rail) to Wembley Park (Metropolitan and Jubilee), plus a 12-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that Olympic Way is queue-managed after full time and the walk is uphill. The taxi is about 30 min, or 55 min when the roads are full, but it is one journey rather than three, and nobody stands up for any of it. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.
From the SE1, SE15, SE16 streets the route runs via the A2 then the A201, finishing on A406 North Circular, then Harrow Road and South Way. Roughly 12.5 miles, and the timing swings with the hour rather than the route: 30 min clear, 55 min loaded.
Pickups in Southwark land inside the Congestion Charge zone, which is already in the price - and on SE1, SE15, SE16 the driver will name a legal stopping point rather than idle on a red route.
Green Car Park off South Way is the usual private hire point; on full-house events pickup moves to Rutherford Way or Fifth Way. Olympic Way (Wembley Way) is pedestrianised for two hours after full time, so allow for a short walk to the car. Your driver sends the exact standing point and the registration before they set off, so you are not circling a car park looking for a number plate.

If you were thinking of driving yourself: Wembley Stadium sits inside a matchday or event-day controlled parking zone, on-site spaces are pre-book only and go early, and the residential streets around it are permit-holders only with active enforcement. A drop-off and a booked return sidesteps it entirely.
Doors are usually an hour before the match. Working back, that means leaving Southwark around 55 min plus that hour on a busy night - and booking the return at the same time, because the road out is slower than the road in.
