By rail you would go Clapham Junction (National Rail) across to Marble Arch (the Central line), then a 10-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that which gate you leave by decides how far you walk. Door to door by road is about 20 min, or 35 min when the roads are full, with no changes, no stairs and no queue at the barrier. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.
Out of Wandsworth (SW11, SW12, SW17, SW18) the driver picks up the A3 then the A205, joining A40 Westway, then Bayswater Road for the run-in. That is about 6.2 miles. Reckon 20 min off-peak and 35 min if you are crossing town at the wrong moment.

Parking at BST Hyde Park is limited and the surrounding streets are metered or permit-only, so self-driving usually costs more in time than the fare saves. Being dropped at the door and collected at an agreed point removes the whole problem.
Doors are usually an hour before the festival. Working back, that means leaving Wandsworth around 35 min plus that hour on a busy night - and booking the return at the same time, because the road out is slower than the road in.
