By rail you would go Wembley Park (the Metropolitan and Jubilee lines) across to Marble Arch (the Central line), then a 10-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that which gate you leave by decides how far you walk. A car does the whole thing door to door in about 25 min, or 45 min when the roads are full - and it does it with your bags in the boot. Two people with hand luggage should take the train. Three or more, or anyone with a case, and the fixed fare splits better than the tickets do.
