You are already on the line the venue uses - Wembley Park (the Metropolitan and Jubilee lines) serves both ends, so the rail option is really just a 10-minute walk at the far end. The snag is that it shares the post-event queueing with the stadium next door. A car is about 5 min, or 10 min when the roads are full door to door, but the point of it here is not speed. It is not joining the crowd on the concourse, and not walking it in the rain. For one person on a dry evening, walk it. For a group, a late finish or anything you would rather not carry, book the car.
From Wembley it is barely a journey on paper - A406 North Circular to Great Central Way, then Engineers Way and you are there. Engineers Way and Olympic Way close to traffic around stadium and arena events, so the pickup shifts to the Wembley Park end.
