By rail you would go Sloane Square (the District and Circle lines) across to Watford Junction (London Overground and National Rail), then a connecting bus at the far end. The catch is that the shuttle bus from the station only runs to tour times, so one missed connection is a missed slot. A car does the whole thing door to door in about 50 min, or 1h 15m when the roads are full - and it does it with your bags in the boot. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.
Out of Belgravia (SW1X, SW1W) the driver picks up the A3216 then the A302, joining M1 J6 or M25 J21a, then A4008 and Studio Tour Drive for the run-in. That is about 24.4 miles. Reckon 50 min off-peak and 1h 15m if you are crossing town at the wrong moment.
Belgravia is dense, one-way and camera-enforced. The driver texts a workable standing point in SW1X, SW1W instead of guessing, which is the difference between a two-minute wait and a fine.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London has its own car park, but it fills from mid-morning in school holidays and at weekends, and the approach road backs up before the barrier does. Pre-booked both ways, none of that is your problem.
