Per vehicle, not per person. Tolls, congestion and crossing charges are already inside the price, and it does not change on the day.
On the network it is Farringdon (the Elizabeth line, Thameslink, Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith & City) to Arsenal (the Piccadilly line), plus a 5-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that Arsenal station is exit-only for a spell after full time. Door to door by road is about 15 min, or 30 min when the roads are full, with no changes, no stairs and no queue at the barrier. Two people with hand luggage should take the train. Three or more, or anyone with a case, and the fixed fare splits better than the tickets do.
From the EC1M, EC1A, EC1N streets the route runs via the A201 Farringdon Road, finishing on A1 Holloway Road, then Drayton Park. Roughly 4.3 miles, and the timing swings with the hour rather than the route: 15 min clear, 30 min loaded.

Drayton Park or the Hornsey Road side; Queensland Road and Hornsey Road fill quickly after full time. Islington runs a matchday parking and road-closure zone around the ground, so the pickup point sits a few streets out on Hornsey Road. Your driver sends the exact standing point and the registration before they set off, so you are not circling a car park looking for a number plate.

If you were thinking of driving yourself: Emirates Stadium sits inside a matchday or event-day controlled parking zone, on-site spaces are pre-book only and go early, and the residential streets around it are permit-holders only with active enforcement. Pre-booked both ways, none of that is your problem.
Doors are usually an hour before the match. Working back, that means leaving Farringdon around 30 min plus that hour on a busy night - and booking the return at the same time, because the road out is slower than the road in.
