On the network it is Greenwich (Southeastern, Thameslink and the DLR) to Arsenal (the Piccadilly line), plus a 5-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that Arsenal station is exit-only for a spell after full time. A car does the whole thing door to door in about 30 min, or 50 min when the roads are full - and it does it with your bags in the boot. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.
The usual line from Greenwich is the A2 then the A102 then the A206, then A1 Holloway Road, then Drayton Park at the end. About 10.5 miles in all - 30 min when it flows, 50 min when it does not.

Islington runs a matchday parking and road-closure zone around the ground, so the pickup point sits a few streets out on Hornsey Road. Your driver sends the exact standing point and the registration before they set off, so you are not circling a car park looking for a number plate.

If you were thinking of driving yourself: Emirates Stadium sits inside a matchday or event-day controlled parking zone, on-site spaces are pre-book only and go early, and the residential streets around it are permit-holders only with active enforcement. Being dropped at the door and collected at an agreed point removes the whole problem.
Doors are usually an hour before the match. Working back, that means leaving Greenwich around 50 min plus that hour on a busy night - and booking the return at the same time, because the road out is slower than the road in.
