By rail you would go Hackney Central (the Overground) across to Arsenal (the Piccadilly line), then a 5-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that Arsenal station is exit-only for a spell after full time. The taxi is about 15 min, or 30 min when the roads are full, but it is one journey rather than three, and nobody stands up for any of it. If you are travelling light and early, the train usually wins on price. If you are in a group, carrying anything, or leaving after an event, the car wins on everything else.

If you were thinking of driving yourself: Emirates Stadium sits inside a matchday or event-day controlled parking zone, on-site spaces are pre-book only and go early, and the residential streets around it are permit-holders only with active enforcement. Being dropped at the door and collected at an agreed point removes the whole problem.
