By rail you would go Hackney Central (the Overground) across to White Hart Lane (the Overground), then a 6-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that trains are capped and queued on matchdays. A car does the whole thing door to door in about 20 min, or 40 min when the roads are full - and it does it with your bags in the boot. Two people with hand luggage should take the train. Three or more, or anyone with a case, and the fixed fare splits better than the tickets do.
Out of Hackney (E5, E8, E9) the driver picks up the A107 then the A10, joining A10 Tottenham High Road or A406 to Watermead Way for the run-in. That is about 7.0 miles. Reckon 20 min off-peak and 40 min if you are crossing town at the wrong moment.
Any address across Hackney works, E5, E8, E9 included, at whatever hour the East London traffic is doing its worst.
Northumberland Park and Park Lane are the workable pickup streets; High Road itself is closed to traffic on matchdays. High Road closes roughly 90 minutes before kick-off and stays shut for about an hour afterwards, so drivers hold east of the stadium. Your driver sends the exact standing point and the registration before they set off, so you are not circling a car park looking for a number plate.

If you were thinking of driving yourself: Tottenham Hotspur Stadium sits inside a matchday or event-day controlled parking zone, on-site spaces are pre-book only and go early, and the residential streets around it are permit-holders only with active enforcement. Being dropped at the door and collected at an agreed point removes the whole problem.
