Door to door by road is about 15 min, or 25 min when the roads are full, with no changes, no stairs and no queue at the barrier. Two people with hand luggage should take the train. Pudding Mill Lane is the quickest private hire pickup; the Stratford side jams solid after events. The Olympic Park bridges are pedestrian-only on event days, so pickup is on the Pudding Mill Lane side rather than Westfield. If you were thinking of driving yourself: London Stadium sits inside a matchday or event-day controlled parking zone, on-site spaces are pre-book only and go early, and the residential streets around it are permit-holders only with active enforcement. Pre-booked both ways, none of that is your problem.
