By rail you would go Turnpike Lane (the Piccadilly line) across to Arsenal (the Piccadilly line), then a 5-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that Arsenal station is exit-only for a spell after full time. The taxi is about 15 min, or 30 min when the roads are full, but it is one journey rather than three, and nobody stands up for any of it. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.

If you were thinking of driving yourself: Emirates Stadium sits inside a matchday or event-day controlled parking zone, on-site spaces are pre-book only and go early, and the residential streets around it are permit-holders only with active enforcement. Pre-booked both ways, none of that is your problem.
