On the network it is London Bridge (the Jubilee and Northern lines plus Southeastern, Southern and Thameslink) to Stratford (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth and the DLR), plus a 18-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that the walk across the park is long and fully exposed to weather. The taxi is about 20 min, or 40 min when the roads are full, but it is one journey rather than three, and nobody stands up for any of it. Two people with hand luggage should take the train. Three or more, or anyone with a case, and the fixed fare splits better than the tickets do.

The Olympic Park bridges are pedestrian-only on event days, so pickup is on the Pudding Mill Lane side rather than Westfield. If you were thinking of driving yourself: London Stadium sits inside a matchday or event-day controlled parking zone, on-site spaces are pre-book only and go early, and the residential streets around it are permit-holders only with active enforcement. Pre-booked both ways, none of that is your problem.
