On the network it is London Bridge (the Jubilee and Northern lines plus Southeastern, Southern and Thameslink) to North Greenwich (the Jubilee line), plus a 5-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that the Jubilee platforms are a crush for 40 minutes after a show empties. A car does the whole thing door to door in about 20 min, or 40 min when the roads are full - and it does it with your bags in the boot. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.
The usual line from London Bridge is the A3 then the A200 then the A3200, then A102 Blackwall Tunnel Approach, then Millennium Way at the end. Roughly 6.5 miles, and the timing swings with the hour rather than the route: 20 min clear, 40 min loaded.

A drop-off and a booked return sidesteps it entirely.
