By rail you would go Canary Wharf (the Jubilee line, Elizabeth line and DLR) across to North Greenwich (the Jubilee line), then a 5-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that the Jubilee platforms are a crush for 40 minutes after a show empties. The taxi is about 10 min, or 15 min when the roads are full, but it is one journey rather than three, and nobody stands up for any of it. If you are travelling light and early, the train usually wins on price. If you are in a group, carrying anything, or leaving after an event, the car wins on everything else.
From Canary Wharf it is barely a journey on paper - A102 Blackwall Tunnel Approach, then Millennium Way and you are there. The Blackwall and Silvertown tunnels are free between 22:00 and 06:00, so a return leg after a late finish costs the same as the outbound.
