On the network it is Bromley South (Southeastern and Thameslink) to North Greenwich (the Jubilee line), plus a 5-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that the Jubilee platforms are a crush for 40 minutes after a show empties. A car does the whole thing door to door in about 30 min, or 45 min when the roads are full - and it does it with your bags in the boot. Two people with hand luggage should take the train. Three or more, or anyone with a case, and the fixed fare splits better than the tickets do.

If you were thinking of driving yourself: The O2 Arena sits inside a matchday or event-day controlled parking zone, on-site spaces are pre-book only and go early, and the residential streets around it are permit-holders only with active enforcement. Pre-booked both ways, none of that is your problem.
