By rail you would go Bromley South (Southeastern and Thameslink) across to Swanley (National Rail), then a connecting bus at the far end. The catch is that there is no service to the circuit itself, so you end up in a taxi from the station regardless. A car does the whole thing door to door in about 35 min, or 50 min when the roads are full - and it does it with your bags in the boot. Two people with hand luggage should take the train.
