Luggage
A "large suitcase" is anything you'd check in on a flight — roughly 70 cm tall. Cabin bags, rucksacks and laptop bags travel in the cabin or on top. Golf bags, skis, bikes and musical instruments are welcome; tell us at booking so we send a vehicle that takes them without squeezing passengers. Cruise passengers usually have more than the airline allowance — book an MPV or minibus and it all goes in.
Child seats
Baby seats, child seats and boosters are available on request; tell us each child's age when you book and we'll fit the right one. UK law allows a child to travel in a licensed private hire vehicle without a child seat if one isn't available — under-3s in the rear only, and older children wearing the adult seat belt — but we recommend booking a seat every time.
Accessibility
Folding wheelchairs and mobility scooters that fold travel in the boot of every class. If you or a passenger need to remain in a wheelchair during the journey, need a driver to assist from door to door, or have any other requirement, tell us when you book and we'll confirm exactly what we can provide before you commit.
Pets
Assistance dogs travel free in every vehicle, always. Other pets are welcome in a suitable carrier by arrangement — tell us at booking so we allocate the right car and driver.
