How we handle reviews
- We never pay for reviews and we never offer discounts in exchange for them.
- We don't cherry-pick. Every passenger receives the same invitation after their journey; anyone who books can review us, whether we'd like what they say or not.
- We don't remove negative reviews. We reply to them publicly, and we fix the problem privately with the passenger.
- We only display reviews here with the writer's permission, and always link to the original on the platform where it was written so you can check it.
The two reviews people most often mention: whether the driver was actually there when they landed, and whether the price on the day matched the price they were quoted. Both are the point of the service, so both are fair things to judge us on.
