Per vehicle, not per person. Tolls, congestion and crossing charges are already inside the price, and it does not change on the day.
On the network it is Harrow-on-the-Hill (the Metropolitan line and Chiltern Railways) to Staines (National Rail), plus a connecting bus at the far end. The catch is that the connecting bus is slow and runs to a seasonal timetable. A car does the whole thing door to door in about 40 min, or 1h when the roads are full - and it does it with your bags in the boot. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.
Out of Harrow (HA1, HA2, HA3, HA5, HA7) the driver picks up the A404 then the A409 then the A312, joining M25 J11 or J13, then A320 Staines Road for the run-in. Roughly 19.5 miles, and the timing swings with the hour rather than the route: 40 min clear, 1h loaded.
Any address across Harrow works, HA1, HA2, HA3, HA5, HA7 included, at whatever hour the North West London traffic is doing its worst.

THORPE PARK Resort has its own car park, but it fills from mid-morning in school holidays and at weekends, and the approach road backs up before the barrier does. A drop-off and a booked return sidesteps it entirely.
Entry is timed, so we work backwards from your slot: 1h for the drive from Harrow plus a margin for the approach road, which is the part that actually runs late.
