Per vehicle, not per person. Tolls, congestion and crossing charges are already inside the price, and it does not change on the day.
The public-transport version starts at Uxbridge (Metropolitan and Piccadilly) and finishes at Staines (National Rail), with a connecting bus at the far end. The catch is that the connecting bus is slow and runs to a seasonal timetable. Door to door by road is about 30 min, or 40 min when the roads are full, with no changes, no stairs and no queue at the barrier. Two people with hand luggage should take the train. Three or more, or anyone with a case, and the fixed fare splits better than the tickets do.
The usual line from Hillingdon is the A40 then the M4 J4, then M25 J11 or J13, then A320 Staines Road at the end. Roughly 13.1 miles, and the timing swings with the hour rather than the route: 30 min clear, 40 min loaded.
Hillingdon pickups take in all of UB8, UB10, HA4. Controlled parking zones and one-way systems are the driver's problem to solve, not yours.

THORPE PARK Resort has its own car park, but it fills from mid-morning in school holidays and at weekends, and the approach road backs up before the barrier does. Being dropped at the door and collected at an agreed point removes the whole problem.
Entry is timed, so we work backwards from your slot: 40 min for the drive from Hillingdon plus a margin for the approach road, which is the part that actually runs late.
