Per vehicle, not per person. Tolls, congestion and crossing charges are already inside the price, and it does not change on the day.
On the network it is Uxbridge (Metropolitan and Piccadilly) to Ascot (National Rail), plus a 7-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that it is packed solid on Royal Ascot days. A car does the whole thing door to door in about 35 min, or 50 min when the roads are full - and it does it with your bags in the boot. It is a fair fight on the way there. On the way back, when several thousand people want the same platform, it stops being one.
From the UB8, UB10, HA4 streets the route runs via the A40 then the M4 J4, finishing on M4 J10 or M3 J3, then A329 and A330. Roughly 18.1 miles, and the timing swings with the hour rather than the route: 35 min clear, 50 min loaded.
Hillingdon pickups take in all of UB8, UB10, HA4. Controlled parking zones and one-way systems are the driver's problem to solve, not yours.
The Winkfield Road taxi area, by car park 8. On Royal Ascot days the High Street runs one-way with police control from mid-afternoon, so pickups move to Winkfield Road. Your driver sends the exact standing point and the registration before they set off, so you are not circling a car park looking for a number plate.
Address: High Street, Ascot, SL5 7JX.
Driving yourself to Ascot Racecourse means joining the same single-file exit as everyone else, and the car parks empty in one slow wave rather than continuously. Being dropped at the door and collected at an agreed point removes the whole problem.
Gates open well before the first race and the roads in are single-file near the course. Leaving Hillingdon about 50 min ahead of when you want to be through the turnstile is the timing that holds up.
£90 in a saloon, £110 in a 6-seat MPV and £125 in an 8-seater. That is the fixed price, agreed at booking.
Door to door the car is about 35 min off-peak. The rail alternative is Uxbridge to Ascot plus the walk, which is competitive going out and considerably slower coming back.

The driver waits. We watch venue finish times rather than working to a fixed clock, so a late curtain does not leave you stranded or cost you extra.
