By rail you would go Stratford (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth and the DLR) across to Arsenal (the Piccadilly line), then a 5-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that Arsenal station is exit-only for a spell after full time. A car does the whole thing door to door in about 25 min, or 45 min when the roads are full - and it does it with your bags in the boot. If you are travelling light and early, the train usually wins on price. If you are in a group, carrying anything, or leaving after an event, the car wins on everything else.
From the E6, E7, E13, E15, E16 streets the route runs via the A13 then the A12, finishing on A1 Holloway Road, then Drayton Park. That is about 9.3 miles. Reckon 25 min off-peak and 45 min if you are crossing town at the wrong moment.

Drayton Park or the Hornsey Road side; Queensland Road and Hornsey Road fill quickly after full time. Islington runs a matchday parking and road-closure zone around the ground, so the pickup point sits a few streets out on Hornsey Road. Your driver sends the exact standing point and the registration before they set off, so you are not circling a car park looking for a number plate.

If you were thinking of driving yourself: Emirates Stadium sits inside a matchday or event-day controlled parking zone, on-site spaces are pre-book only and go early, and the residential streets around it are permit-holders only with active enforcement. A drop-off and a booked return sidesteps it entirely.
Doors are usually an hour before the match. Working back, that means leaving Newham around 45 min plus that hour on a busy night - and booking the return at the same time, because the road out is slower than the road in.
