By car the driver heads up Reigate Hill to the M25 at junction 8, then west to junction 14.
By public transport it is about 50 minutes from Reigate to London London Bridge, then the Jubilee line to Bond Street and the Elizabeth line.

Out of Reigate (RH2) the route runs up Reigate Hill to the M25 at junction 8, then west to junction 14. Coming back from Heathrow the driver follows the M25 and Reigate Hill back to Reigate. That is about 30 miles: reckon 35 min off-peak and 55 min when the M25 around junctions 9 to 12 is busy.

Landing late or early makes no difference: the driver follows the real landing time at Heathrow and takes you straight home to Reigate.
