By car the driver heads north up the A240 to the A3, then out to the M25 at junction 10 and up to junction 14.
By public transport it is about 35 minutes from Epsom to London Waterloo, then the Bakerloo line to Paddington and the Heathrow Express.

Out of Epsom (KT17 to KT19) the route runs north up the A240 to the A3, then out to the M25 at junction 10 and up to junction 14. Coming back from Heathrow the driver follows the M25, the A3 and the A240 back to Epsom. That is about 18 miles: reckon 30 min off-peak and 50 min when the A3 and the M25 near Heathrow is busy.

Landing late or early makes no difference: the driver follows the real landing time at Heathrow and takes you straight home to Epsom.
The A3 and the M25 near Heathrow is where delays usually happen. Early-morning runs are quicker; in rush hour allow the full 50 minutes.
