A car does the whole trip door to door in about 55 min, or 85 min when the roads are full, with your bags in the boot.
Out of Harlow (CM17 to CM20) the route runs down the M11 to the M25 at junction 27 and anticlockwise to junction 14. Coming back from Heathrow the driver follows the M25 and the M11 back to Harlow. That is about 50 miles: reckon 55 min off-peak and 85 min when the M25 north of London is busy.
