Seven Sisters station puts you on the Victoria line, but Heathrow still means a change to the Piccadilly line at Finsbury Park or to the Elizabeth line in central London, followed by a long ride with cases.
By car the driver heads along Seven Sisters Road to the A406 North Circular, west to the A40 and then the M4 into Heathrow. It is one fixed fare, whatever the traffic.
By public transport: Tube/Overground from Seven Sisters or South Tottenham, changing to the Elizabeth line or Piccadilly line, about 75–110 min. The catch is at least one change, stairs and crowded trains with luggage. A car does the whole trip door to door in about 55 min, or 90 min when the roads are full, with your bags in the boot.
Out of South Tottenham (N15) the route runs along Seven Sisters Road to the A406 and west to the A40 and M4. Coming back from Heathrow the driver follows M4 and A40 east, then the A406 to Seven Sisters Road. That is about 22 miles: reckon 55 min off-peak and 90 min when the North Circular and the A40 Westway is busy.
