The catch is at least one change with bags, and early flights before the first train. Out of Harlow (CM17 to CM20) the route runs west along the A414 through Hertford and Hatfield, then via Harpenden to the airport. Coming back from Luton the driver follows the A414 back through Hatfield and Hertford to Harlow. That is about 35 miles: reckon 45 min off-peak and 70 min when the A414 at Hertford is busy.
