Out of Surbiton (KT5 / KT6) the route runs out to the A3 at Tolworth, down to the M25 and east to the M23. Coming back from Gatwick the driver follows the M23, the M25 and the A3 back to Surbiton. That is about 30 miles: reckon 40 min off-peak and 60 min when the A3 and the M25 at Wisley is busy.
