The public-transport version starts at Vauxhall (the Victoria line) and finishes at Watford Junction (London Overground and National Rail), with a connecting bus at the far end. The catch is that the shuttle bus from the station only runs to tour times, so one missed connection is a missed slot. Door to door by road is about 50 min, or 1h 15m when the roads are full, with no changes, no stairs and no queue at the barrier. Warner Bros. Studio Tour London has its own car park, but it fills from mid-morning in school holidays and at weekends, and the approach road backs up before the barrier does. Pre-booked both ways, none of that is your problem.
