By rail you would go Walthamstow Central (the Victoria line and London Overground) across to White Hart Lane (the Overground), then a 6-minute walk at the far end. The catch is that trains are capped and queued on matchdays. A car does the whole thing door to door in about 15 min, or 30 min when the roads are full - and it does it with your bags in the boot. Two people with hand luggage should take the train. Three or more, or anyone with a case, and the fixed fare splits better than the tickets do.
